Green Shield’s Prism program focuses on the individual health and dental programs. There are three separate programs - and each program offers three levels of coverage:

• Prism Continuum – A plan designed for people who are losing company group benefits and need a "Continuum" of coverage.

Prism Continuum

Focuses on providing coverage if you are leaving a company group health plan. This program may be your best solution if you, your spouse or your dependents are losing, or have lost your company group health benefits within the last 60 days and are looking for guaranteed coverage, even with pre-existing conditions.

Prism Precision

Focuses on providing basic health and dental coverage for you and your family. This program may be your best solution if you are looking for a practical alternative for basic coverage for services and treatments that are no longer covered by the government. There is no medical questionnaire required and coverage is guaranteed, even for pre-existing conditions.
